Fran Lalas, Senior Analyst

Fran has an extensive background in political and issue campaigns, project management, and strategic and crisis communications.  Fran's political experience includes managing campaigns at the local, state and national levels. She was a Regional Political Director for the Kerry-Edwards 2004 presidential campaign. 

Prior to working at GPG, Fran was a consultant working with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and non-profit organizations.  She has helped organizations including the Washington State Department of Health and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.  Fran has developed strategic advocacy and communications plans, launched sucessful fundraising and coalition-building campaigns, and created social marketing plans.  In the private sector, she has marketing and strategy experience working with companies from a variety of industries including retail, technology and consumer products. 

Fran is a native of the Pacific Northwest and volunteers for multiple health and children's advocacy organizations.  Fran holds a BS from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
